a one day sound exploration from my old flat to a really nice spot in Holyrood Park is a visual and sound guide to a trip in Edinburgh, going from my old flat to a nice place to have a sit down. The whole point of the piece is to try and clear your head and become more aware of your surroundings and the noise they create. By moving further out into nature and away from people hopefully the listener/explorer can become more aware of the sounds of life and focus on what really is going on for them.
